Can I send messages to multiple guests?
Yes! To send a message to more than one guest you can use our Announcements feature. With this you can send out a message to all guests or just Yes RSVPs, No RSVPs, or Undecided guests. If a guest RSVPs after an announcement is sent out, they'll still be able to see the announcements for that RSVP group once they RSVP.
- To send an announcement to your guests, select the Manage Invitation button for your event on your Invitations Dashboard.
- Once on your Manage Invitation page, you will then see an Announcements tab. Click on this tab and you can see the previous announcements you've and out and click on the green New Announcement button to start a new announcement and then type your message.
You'll have the option to send the message to All Guests or you can choose to only send the message to Yes RSVPs, No RSVPs, or Undecided guests. Once you're done typing your message, select Create announcement to send it out!

- From there, you will have the option to send a message to All Guests or you can choose to only send the message to Yes RSVPs, No RSVPs, or Undecided guests. Select Continue to move forward and start typing your Announcement.
On the next screen you can type out your announcement and select Send to finalize it.
