How Do I Allow the Punchbowl App to Access My Phone Contacts?

If you would like to give Punchbowl access to your phone contacts to easily add your contacts to your guest list, follow these steps for our iOS and Android apps. 

iOS App

If you previously did not allow Punchbowl access to your iPhone Contacts, you can allow access from the Settings menu on your phone.

• Open "Settings" on your phone (note: this will not be inside the Punchbowl app) 
• Scroll down to the Apps and tap "Punchbowl"
• Tap the "Contacts" toggle to give Punchbowl access to the Contacts on your iPhone

Now open the Punchbowl app and you will see your Contacts on the "Add Guests" screen.

Android App

If you previously did not allow Punchbowl access to your Android Contacts, you can allow access from the Settings menu on your phone.  

• Open "Settings" on your phone (note: this will not be inside the Punchbowl app) 
• Scroll down to the "App Settings" and tap "Permissions"  
• Tap "Allow" under Contact Permission to give Punchbowl access to the Contacts on your phone

Now open the Punchbowl App and you will see your Contacts on the "Add Guests" screen.
