How Do I Set A Limit for the Number of Guests that can RSVP?

You can limit the number of guests for an event on the Invitation Options page.

Head to the Invitation Options page and click on the Advanced Features tab. From there, locate the Limit the Number of Attendees option. Turn this feature to ON, enter the maximum number of attendees you would like, and click the blue Save button.
Once the limit is reached, guests will no longer be able to RSVP "Yes" to your event.

To create a guest limit for your event in the Punchbowl mobile app, tap on the Dashboard tab and choose your invitation. Next, tap on Options, and under the Advanced Features section, locate the Limit Attendees option. Turn this feature to ON enter the maximum number of attendees you would like, and tap on the Save button.
Again, once the limit is reached, guests will no longer be able to RSVP "Yes" to your event.
