Will My Guests Receive A Reminder for the Event?
Punchbowl does offer the option to have an Automatic Reminder sent at a time of your choosing.
Web
- Navigate to the Invitation Options page and activate the Send an Automatic Reminder feature.
- Choose the timing, up to 10 days before the event, and specify if it's for guests who have responded, not responded, or both.
- For manual reminders, go to the Manage Invitation page and use the Announcements tab to compose and send messages to selected guests.
iOS & Android Apps
- Tap on the Dashboard tab and select your invitation, then tap Options to enable Send an Automatic Reminder.
- Set the timing and recipient preferences similar to the web version.
- To send manual reminders from the app, tap Dashboard, then Announcements, and compose messages for specific guest groups.
