To export your address book, sign in to your account and click on the account icon, which appears next to the search icon at the top of any page in the upper-right corner of the screen. Then, click Contacts from the drop-down menu (or follow this link) and look for Export at the top of the page.
Once you click that button, your browser will automatically download a CSV file with all your Contacts. This will not remove any contact information from your Contacts, it will simply copy your contacts into a spreadsheet.
Note: The option to export your Contacts does require a Premium membership or above, however.
