How Do I Reset my Password?

  • To reset your password via the web, simply visit this page. Just make sure you enter the email address that you used when you initially signed up for your Punchbowl account and we will send you a link to reset your password.

iOS & Android Apps

  • To reset your password through the Punchbowl mobile app, first, click on the green "Have an account? Sign In" button.
  • Next, click on the green button "Forgot your password?" button.
  • Lastly, enter the email address that you used when you initially signed up for your Punchbowl account and we will send you a link to reset your password.

Having issues?  Send us an email at help@punchbowl.com.  Please include the full name on your account and the email you believe you used and we can reset the password for you.
