How to Add an Invitation to Your Calendar
Adding your Punchbowl event to your personal calendar is a great way to make sure you never miss an important celebration. Follow the steps below to add your event to Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar.
When you have received a Punchbowl invitation, you will see a field for Invitation options, which includes the Add to Calendar button.

Once clicked, we have three calendar options:
- Google Calendar
- This option links directly to your Google account. Click Save to add the event to your schedule
- Apple Calendar
- This option downloads an .ics file to your device. Open this file to add the event to your calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- This option links directly to your Outlook account. Click Save to add the event to your schedule
- The Microsoft Outlook option is compatible with personal Microsoft accounts only (e.g., @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or @live.com). It does not support Microsoft 365 Business (work or school) accounts.
- Note: Microsoft 365 supports the .ics format. Select the Apple Calendar option to download the file, then import it into Microsoft 365.

Note: We allow hosts to get creative with the time field (e.g., "Noon" or "7-ish"), so the calendar link may not capture the exact time for your event. Once the invitation is added, double-check to ensure the time in your calendar is correct.
