How Do I Schedule a Delivery Date?

You can choose exactly when your order will arrive!

Here’s how to schedule your delivery date at checkout:

  1. Add your item to cart.

    Browse our collection and select your desired bouquet or gift.

  2. Enter the delivery address.

    To ensure an accurate delivery date selection, enter the shipping address where your order is being sent.

  3. Select a delivery date.

    During checkout, you’ll see a calendar showing the available delivery dates for your location.

    • Delivery dates are generally offered within 3 business days of your order and up to three weeks ahead of time.
    • Monday deliveries require that they be placed before the previous Tuesday.
    • Please note that busier holidays will need to be booked at least a week ahead of time
  4. Confirm your choice.

    Once you select a date, it will appear in your order summary before checkout.

We’ll send tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you need to make changes, please reach out to our Support Team as soon as possible—delivery dates can’t always be changed once your order is processing.
