What is Your Refund Policy?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on our paid subscriptions. If you are not happy with your subscription, let us know and we will process a refund for you — no questions asked!
To request a refund, send us a message or email us directly at email@example.com. Please provide the email address the account is under and/or the full name on the account. Once the refund is processed, you should see the amount returned to the original payment method in about 3-5 business days.
Please make sure to include the correct spelling of the full name and email address on the account so we can locate your account.
If you are unsure of the account information, please include your name, the exact date and amount of the purchase, as well as the last 4 digits of the card used (or the PayPal email if applicable). Failure to do so may affect our ability to reach out to you or even issue a refund.
Please note: Gift card purchases are not refundable. We can, however, redirect your gift card if requested.
