When can I expect my order to ship?

Because flowers are perishable, we ship all orders overnight to ensure freshness. After your order ships, the carrier (FedEx, OnTrac, CDL, UPS) assigns a tracking number. You’ll get an email with tracking details the evening before delivery (usually after 6 PM) unless it’s a local shipment. For same-day deliveries, tracking updates appear only after the courier picks up the order.

Check your courier’s tracking link for the latest updates. Most customers don’t need to contact us if the order date is correct. Only reach out to us if your delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order.
