I’m a former Hallmark eCard customer. How do I switch to Punchbowl?
Punchbowl offers hundreds of eCards for every occasion, including Birthday eCards, Mother’s Day eCards, Father’s Day eCards, and Christmas eCards. Our Digital Greeting Cards have the look and feel of traditional paper cards with the ease and convenience of digital.
Create an account
To send a greeting card through Punchbowl, you’ll first need to create an account. Simply sign up with your email and a password, or use your existing Google, Facebook or Apple credentials to sign up. Sign up here to get started!
Find the perfect digital greeting card
Once you’ve created your account, you can look for the perfect digital greeting card for the occasion. We’ve got cards for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, announcements, to express care and concern, and much more! You can browse our entire card collection here.
Personalize your card
Once you select your card, you can personalize your greeting in a number of ways to make it special for the recipient.
- Card Message: You will be prompted to write a personal message on the inside of your card. When you edit the card, click on the bubble that says Edit Message and highlight the text you would like to change. This will allow you to edit the message itself, as well as the font, size, and color, and spacing of the text.
- Heartfelt Video: You also have the option to include a thoughtful video message with your greeting card. This feature is completely optional. Some people use the video to sing “Happy Birthday” or just say “Hi”. You can record a video right from our platform when you click Add Video Message on the edit page.
- Gift Cards: We offer the ability to include a digital gift card with your greeting card. This is an easy, hassle-free way to send a thoughtful gift for birthdays, holidays, and other occasions. Just click Add Gift Card on the edit page to choose the gift card brand and amount. We offer digital gift cards for Amazon, Target, DoorDash, Home Depot, Sephora, Lululemon and many more!
- Envelope: When you're satisfied with the message inside the card, click Continue and you’ll be able to edit the Envelope Liner, Postage, and Rubber Stamp. Just select the bubble for each and choose from the options in the drop-down menu. Once you’re done, click Save and Continue. Send by email or text message
After you’ve personalized your card, the final step is to Add Recipients. We offer you the ability to send your cards through email or text message. Simply enter in the recipient’s name and email address or phone number. You can also import your recipients from your Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or AOL email accounts. Once the recipient(s) have been added, you’re all set to send!
