Gmail Undeliverable / Bounce / Quarantine Email

RESOLVED: December 15, 2020, 7:04pm EST 

Earlier today, Gmail experienced issues on their end that affected the ability for Gmail users to receive email. As a result, emails from Punchbowl with cards and/or invites may not have been delivered. Gmail has said the issue is now resolved so you should be able to resend your cards and/or invites now directly from the page where you originally added your recipient(s). Just follow the prompts to send.

Gmail is currently experiencing issues on their end, which includes the ability to receive emails. Unfortunately, this issue is out of our control as we await an update from Google on when they expect the problem to be resolved.

If you are trying to send a gift card... You can redirect it to another email address or phone number. Email help@punchbowl.com to let us know the new email or number and we can resend it for you.

If you are trying to send cards or invites... You can go to your recipient list and change the delivery method for the failed recipient(s) so you can send to another email or phone number.

If you would like to send to the original Gmail address... Check back to this page in a little while for an update. We will share once the issue is resolved and you are able to resend your cards and/or invites.
