If you are only adding a few emails, you can enter them one at a time. Just enter the email address and name of your guest in the appropriate box and click "Add".
Add a list
Use this option to copy and paste a list of multiple email addresses at once. The email addresses should be separated by commas, semicolons, or returns.
Use the Import Contacts option to add contacts from your email account, a spreadsheet file, or from a group email address.
1. Upload a file: If you have a CSV spreadsheet file of your contacts you can upload this list to Punchbowl. Click the Import contacts link and choose Upload a file. For additional help uploading your file, check out this article.
2. Import from webmail: Choose this option to import contacts from popular webmail providers. You can import from Gmail, Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail. You can even import contacts from an Evite account.
3. Add a group email: If you are sending to a group email (e.g. @googlegroups.com, or firstname.lastname@example.org), select "Add a group". More information is available here.
Have you used Punchbowl before? Any contact information that you previously added are stored in your Contacts. Choose Contacts and you'll be able to select any contacts from your Punchbowl Contacts.
You can use the Past guest lists option to recall contacts from invitations and cards you've sent out previously.
You can also invite guests through Facebook or by sharing a direct link to the invite.
You'll be able to choose whether you want to share the invite via Facebook, Twitter, or the direct link. If you wanted to text the invite, you can copy and paste the direct link into a text message.
