If you have successfully saved your event, it will be on your Dashboard. If you sign in and you do not see the event you created, here are a couple of possibilities:
-You did not create and account before leaving Punchbowl. If you were creating a design prior to making a Punchbowl account and navigated away from the site, we have no account to save the event in. In this case, just click the 'Start a new event' button on your account Dashboard.
-You remember creating an account, but there is not an event on your Dashboard. If you are sure you had created an account, the account you originally signed up with may have a typo in the email address. If you suspect this is the problem, email us and please include the email you thought you used as well as the first and last name that you signed up with.
-You remember creating an account and there is an event on your Dashboard, but you do not see your design or you are being asked to select a design again. In this case, you either left the site without saving or there was an issue actually saving your design. When making an invitation, it is important after you have created the design to continue to the "Envelope and Postage". Once you do that, you will see the "Save and Continue" option, which will save the invitation. You can always go back and make changes, but in order to save a design, you'll need to click that save and continue option.
If you did the above step, there may be another issue causing the invitation to not save properly. If this is the case, I would first try to upgrade your browsers Flash plugin.
