If you have upgraded your free Punchbowl account to a paid membership, you can easily cancel at any time. 

To cancel your membership, sign into your account and click on your name at the top of the page.  Then click the 'Cancel Membership' link found in the center column under My Membership. This will remove the paid membership and leave your free account in place.

If you'd like us to permanently delete your Punchbowl account, simply Email Us with your request.  Be sure to include the email address that you used when you signed up for the account.
