If you see the message, "There was a problem processing your credit card, please double check your data and try again", this indicates we were unable to authorize your credit or debit card.
The most common issue is with the billing information that was entered. For security reasons, Punchbowl verifies all billing information and the information must match what your credit card company has on file. This includes
card number, security code, expiration date, street address, city, state, and postal code. Any discrepancy
would result in the preceding error message.
